Our production machinery is suitable for the manufacture of heads of all shapes. In addition to standard shapes, we can also offer dimensionally accurate solutions for even the most demanding special requirements of our customers.

Freedom of design allows optimizing the sizes and manufacturing the shapes needed for each individual application according to the customers’ specifications. We deliver the largest components as dimensionally accurate, ready-to-install components that the customer then welds together on site. The smallest pressure vessel head diameter that we can manufacture is 1,000 mm. The diameter of the largest pressure vessel head that we have delivered as ready-to-install components was 46,800 mm. The diameter of the largest pressure vessel head that we have delivered as one piece was 10,800 mm.

All pressure vessel heads are cold-formed. The available steel grades are carbon, austenitic, duplex and nickel steels.
